Jaded Blossom January 2026 Release Day 1

 Hello Crafty Friends! It's Day 1 of Jaded Blossom's January 2026 Release and this one is all about PIZZA!!!!!  For today's Sneak Peek we are featuring the NEW Gnome Dies: Pizza Add Ons and Pizza Party Stamp Set along with coordinating dies and I have 2 fun cards I made to share with you!

For Card #1 I used the Card Mat Dies to cut out 2 patterned papers, sliced them at an angle, and then pieced on of each together and added a strip of green cardstock centered over the split along with a couple Love From Lizi Peel offs.  I then used the Stitched Arch Dies to create a place for my pizza head to sit.  I used the Gnome Dies along with the NEW Gnome Dies: Pizza Add Ons to make the pizza loving Gnome and stamped a sentiment from the NEW Pizza Party stamp set!

For the inside I added a strip of Doodlebug's Buffalo Check and added some veggies from another new set you will see later this week!  The sentiment is also from the NEW Pizza Party Stamp Set.

For Card #2 I used the other half of the papers left over from card 1 and used the same die sets to make another pizza loving gnome using different options included in the NEW Pizza Add Ons!  I also used the same paper and stamp set on the inside for a sentiment.

Jaded Blossom January 2026 Monthly Challenge

Jaded Blossom January 2026 Monthly Challenge

Theme: Anything Goes

    It's the first Sunday of the month which means it's time for a new monthly challenge at Jaded Blossom and the theme for January is Anything Goes and I have a fun football themed 40th birthday card I made for a lady that loves the Saints to share for inspiration!

 

For this female friendly football card, I used the Card Mat Dies and cut out some yard line paper and made sure to highlight the 40-yard line and matted it on black cardstock cut 1/8in larger.  I cut out the football from the Sport Dies and the helmet from the Gnome Dies: Sport Add Ons 1 and attached them to the bottom.  The helmet is made to go on a gnome so I just hand cut a piece of the white shimmer cardstock to fill in the back and popped up the helmet on top of it with various foam squares and strips, so it looked like a complete helmet.

To finish it off I added a large 40 cut from the Alphabet Dies and stamped "GAME TIME" from the Eat-Sleep-Football stamp set on one of the banners from the Mini Tag Dies 3 and then added a few star embellishments.  Then on the inside I used the same stamp set for the "Score It's Your Birthday" sentiment and the stamp set Root for the Gnome Team to add "Touchdown" to a scrap piece of the paper I used on the front to the bottom.  Lastly, I cut out the little football and pom-pom from the Gnome Dies: Sport Add Ons 1.

O Holy Night

I just love Jaded Blossom's Nativity Release so much and had to squeeze in one more Christmas card this year using it!

 For this card I ink blended the background and misted it with water to give a beautiful night sky.  I used the Winter Scenic Dies to create a sandy hill, the Gnome Dies: Nativity Add Ons for baby Jesus, and the Gnome Dies: Stable Add Ons for the star, camel, and sheep!  To finish it off I used a sentiment from the Christmas Blessings and cut it out with the coordinating dies.

Christmas on the Farm

I made this fun Christmas Card for my oldest nephew and made the cow look just like the one he showed in 4H and then dressed him up as a reindeer!  I had so much fun creating this card and coming up with creative ways to get the right look I was going for!

 I used the Winter Scenic Dies to make a snowy hill in the background and then added the Barn Die and Farm Fence Dies to create the perfect scene for this cute little cow!  I used the Gnome Friends: Cow Die and then added the spots around his eyes from the hat in the Gnome Dies: Cowboy Add Ons, antlers from the Ornament Character Add Ons, and nose from the Mini Gnome Dies.  I added a wreath to the barn using the Gnome Dies: Christmas Add Ons 3 and the sentiment is from the Christmas Is Gnoming stamp set and cut out with the coordinating dies.

I had a special request to make a set of tags for a friend to use on their daughters Christmas presents as they were starting a tradition of six gifts, one for each of the following: Want, Read, Need, Share, Santa, and Wear.  I had so much fun coming up with a special tag for each and just love how they turned out!

For the Best Momma Bear

Hello, my Pawsome friends, it's my day to post on the Jaded Blossom Blog and I have a super cute baby shower card to share with you!

For this card I used the Card Mat Dies, Stitched Circle and Scallop Circle Dies, Mini Tag Dies 3, Bear Hugs stamp set, and the Embellishment Cluster Die.  For the bear I used the Gnome Friends: Bear Die and Bear Faces, Gnome Dies: Monster Add Ons 1 (moon), and Gnome Dies: Safari Add Ons along with Wheelbarrow Dies: Love Mail Add Ons (pacifier).  Ever since Lee-Ann came up with the pacifier idea I can't stop adding it to all my baby cards!

For the inside I used the Congratulations and Mini Human stamp sets to make a sentiment and added more stars from the Embellishment Cluster Die.

Theme: Tags

    It's the first Sunday of the month which means it's time for a new monthly challenge at Jaded Blossom and the theme for December is Tags and I made a couple shaker tags and wrapped present tags with a bow to share for inspiration!

I had so much fun making these tags and can't wait to make more!  I hope these help bring some inspiration to make your own tags and join in on the fun of the monthly challenge for a chance to win a $20 gift certificate!  I can't wait to see all the beautiful tags everyone comes up with, for more information on the challenge and ways to enter check out the Jaded Blossom Blog HERE.

For these present tags I used the Luggage Tag Dies, the Border Dies to make a ribbon, and the Bow Dies to add a large pretty bow!  I just cut out the bow pieces twice and crossed the tail and loop pieces and then offset the loops to fall between the tails.  Then I added a cute little tag using the Mini Tag Dies 2 and added a sentiment to both using the Reindeer Feed Stamp Set.

For this super cute penguin shaker tag I used the Luggage Tag Dies and then cut out a window by centering the rectangle from the Gable Box Die.  I added a snowy hill and tree to the inside and another snow hill on the outside for the penguin to sit on using the Winter Scenic Dies.  I used the Gnome Friends: Penguin Die to make the happy little fellow and gave him a nice warm cup of cocoa to hold from the Build a Booth: Hot Cocoa Add Ons.

I have an obsession with reindeer, so I had to make a tag with this gorgeous deer silhouette from the Christmas Dies 2.  I cut out the Luggage Tag in a woodgrain cardstock for the back and a buffalo plaid paper that I then centered the deer in and cut out to make a window for a shaker tag.  I then added some greenery and a bow using the Pinecone Dies, Build a Wreath Dies, and Bow Dies.
